3. DELIVERY

You are obliged to provide Wallbaby with a valid and correct delivery address. Wallbaby dispatches orders in the order in which they are placed. After an order has been placed and confirmed, Wallbaby aims to deliver the order within 1-5 business days to a delivery address in Sweden and 2-10 business days to a delivery address outside of Sweden. However, the delivery may take longer due to unexpected events, see further in Section 7.

During the check-out process, you will be informed about the delivery details. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation by email (if you have provided us with your email address) that includes your expected delivery details. You can choose to have your parcel shipped with PostNord, DHL or Budbee. If the delivery time exceeds the scheduled date, please contact Wallbaby on hello@wallbaby.com.

If a delivered parcel is not collected by you, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering all delivery charges, including any additional penalty and processing fees.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays.
